We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Coordinator to join our client's growing team. In this role, you’ll be integral to the success of the  business by managing relationships with key Manufacturers and Trades Partners while overseeing Warranty and Installation work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Manufacturer accounts.
• Warranty Support: Liaise between Manufacturers and Trade Partners to resolve warranty issues promptly.
• Trade Support: Assist in recruiting subcontractors to join our trade network.
• Job Coordination: Ensure timely and efficient completion of Warranty and Installation work.
• Documentation and Reporting: Manage the onboarding process for Trade Partners and ensure compliance with all requirements.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and customers, fostering strong relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer Service Focused: You understand the importance of delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills are key to your success in this role.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using software systems and skilled in Excel. Experience with platform training is a bonus.
• Organized: You have a structured approach to managing tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in a trade or construction environment is highly advantageous.
