We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This position is suitable for both entry-level candidates and those with experience operating CNC machines. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a CNC machine to cut fabric, assisting in other warehouse duties, and troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machine to cut fabric accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in other warehouse work including moving or lifting rolls of fabric, packing, and other general tasks as required.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems with the CNC machine and identify solutions.
• Produce detailed service reports on the maintenance and operation of the CNC machine.
• Service and maintain the CNC machine to ensure it is in good working order.
• Plan production based on orders and ensure timely completion.
• Work as part of a team and unsupervised to complete tasks.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operating CNC machines is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised.
• Must be able to lift and move rolls of fabric and other materials as required.
• Good organizational skills and ability to plan production based on orders.
