Chandler Personnel is looking for Machine Operators at Richmond, our client is a leader in dumplings, springrolls, asian goods.

• Monday to Friday, sometimes weekends
• 5am - 1pm
• $28-$30 an hour
• Food Processing - basic warehouse duties
• Machine Operating duties – experience is essential

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery according to established guidelines and safety standards.
• Machine operating
• Willingness to learn
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to maintain consistency and efficiency in the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and resolve any operational challenges.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, product quality, and workplace safety.
