Our client is Australia's leading wholesale artisan bakery, supplying handcrafted breads, pastries, and cakes to some of the best restaurants and cafes across several states. Chandler Personnel is now looking for experienced Process workers/Packers to join our team in Dandenong, Victoria with the ability to work full-time hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating sandwiches
• Packing sandwiches
• Fast-paced work
  

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Previous process work/ packing and picking experience in the food manufacturing industry
• Physical ability to lift and carry out repetitive work
• Able to work in a fast paced environment (complete 40-50 orders on time which includes 300 SKUs on different products)
• Strong attention to detail
• Be a team player
• Own PPE (steel capped boots, hi-vis top)
• Own transport
• Strong Literacy and Numeric skills (Read and understand packing slips)
• Follow standard OH&S and food hygiene standards

About the Role:

• Early Morning Shift: 3:00am to 7:00am
• Location: Dandenong South
• Pay rate: $30 per hour
• Required to work minimum 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
