Chandler Personnel is seeking a motivated and driven individual to undertake a traineeship as a Food Production Operator for our client based in Broadmeadows.

Our client is a leading food manufacturer whose growth and expansion has created new opportunities within the business to keep up with the increasing demand.  

Upon completion of the traineeship, you will have obtained a nationally recognized qualification - Cert III in Food Processing.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Responsible for the setting up, and operations of machinery and equipment in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Perform processing operations in connection with the production of food products which may include mixing of raw materials, process & packaging.
• You will be required to operate automatic and semi-automatic machinery.
• Detect malfunctions through maintaining close monitoring over control indicators and product quality awareness standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the working area in accordance to established food safety standards. Perform routine quality control duties, grading and packaging of goods.

• Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
• Day/Afternoon shift roles available
• Pay rate: $21-$23 plus super
