About the Role
A fantastic opportunity for an Office and Administration Assistant to join the team.
The ideal administration support officer will:
- Be able to work at a professional executive level
- Have previous experience using MS software
- Be well-presented and have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Provide effective administration and operational support, including:
- Answering and distributing all phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Controlling office equipment and inventory including brochures, stationary, and general supplies
- Assisting other departments with local administrative needs
- Maintaining customer database systems
- Meeting KPI's including completing tasks on time, complying with company policies, and adhering to the agreed work plan
- Location: Mulgrave
- Time: 9am - 5pm
- Pay rate: $33
