Chandler Personnel is on the lookout for a Customer Service/Sales Admin Support Assistant for our client, a food manufacturing and processing company specialising in the bakery industry.

Core activities will include:
- Sales Order Entry and Validation to support billing and delivery accuracy.
- Process and management of Electronic Document Information (EDI) systems (ideal but not essential)
- Management of various 3rd party data entry systems
- Processing of purchase orders and track them as required.
- Provide strong data analysis when generating reports.
- Organising frozen freight and processing of invoices
- Investigating and resolving payment queries and credit/debit notes
- General support as required, including reporting, ad-hoc queries.
Experience, qualifications, and attributes sought after:
- Tertiary Qualified – preferred but not essential.
- Experience working with various freight providers and knowledge with their operating systems (ideal but not essential)
- Customer service and administration skills through previous work experience or internships.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment and dealing with a variety of people and stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge in excel and experience in data base software (V-Look up and Pivot-Charts are an expectation)
- Strong reporting and data analytics skills and a passion for problem solving.
- Clear and unambiguous communication skills, in-person and online, via email, phone and combined with effective listening skills.
- Ideally some experience in Microsoft Office, CANVA and CRM and invoicing systems similar to MYOB (Global-Bake).
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, perform under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Comfortable working in an agile fast paced environment, adopting a consultative and cooperative approach to your work.
