Proof of Competitor's Offer:
To qualify for Chandler Personnel's Price Match Guarantee, clients must provide verifiable proof of the offer received from another staffing provider. This includes detailed quotes or official proposals that clearly outline the rates being offered.
Criteria for Reputable Providers:
Chandler Personnel reserves the right to determine the credibility of the competing provider. A 'reputable provider' is defined as a staffing agency that legitimately operates within the legal and ethical standards of the industry. This determination will be made to safeguard against any exploitation of workers and unrealistic pricing practices.
Scope and Exclusions:
The Price Match Guarantee applies only to the service fees charged by the staffing provider. It excludes rates influenced by legal requirements such as payroll tax, casual loading, superannuation, candidates' pay rates, and other statutory obligations. Our aim is to offer competitive fees while ensuring compliance with all legal compensation and benefit standards.
Reservation of Rights:
Chandler Personnel reserves the right to decline service to any customer at our discretion. This offer does not guarantee service provision to all potential clients. Final decisions regarding service provision and client partnerships remain at the sole discretion of Chandler Personnel.
Right to Modify or Withdraw:
Chandler Personnel reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.

All of our candidates are fully vaccinated, health and safety trained, have passed a police check and

We will send you an hourly quote for labour-hire that includes casual loading payroll tax, WorkCover and superannuation and any other government-mandated minimums.
